Aspen Crossing refers to: Aspen Crossing Ltd., and Aspen Crossing Railway Corporation
We will never share any personal information which was collected without your consent.
By attending our events and excursions you are giving your consent to be photographed. These photos may be used for promotional and advertising purposes. Guardians of minors also accept these terms for use in promotional/advertising both in print and online.
Aspen Crossing uses video surveillance and security cameras. You will be recorded while visiting Aspen Crossing.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that ticket sales are final. We may be able to accommodate some changes to your booking for a minimal fee and if requested well in advance. If you are looking to share your travel experience with family/friends, please purchase tickets under one name to ensure your group is seated together, or inform us well in advance and we will try our best. Some tours require assigned seating. We reserve the right to change car choices based on availability and demand, and move groups when we need to. No outside food or drinks on the train. If your tour includes food and you have special dietary needs please contact us. At this time we are not wheelchair accessible. Aspen Crossing Ltd., Aspen Crossing Railway Corporation, staff or volunteers cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by guests while attending these events.
We require full payment for bookings. If you cancel your time-slot with more than 72 hours’ notice, you will be issued a refund to the card that you used to make your booking minus a $12 Cancel Fee, or you may reschedule without any fees or ask for a gift card to book for a later date. If you cancel your time-slot with less than 72 hours’ notice, you can only receive a gift card or re-book a new time slot. A booking is considered a no-show if we aren’t notified or you cancel the same day of your booking. No refund, credit or opportunity to reschedule will be provided for no-shows or same day cancellations. Escape Rooms are not wheelchair accessible. Aspen Crossing Ltd., Aspen Crossing Railway Corporation, staff or volunteers cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by guests during their visit.
Please note that you can cancel anytime up to 7 days before your booked date to receive a refund, after that no refund will be given. A $12 transaction fee is applied to all cancellations. No smoking is allowed inside the caboose cabins. The Canadian Pacific and Union Pacific allow dogs for a cleaning fee of $50/dog. You must notify us at check-in and pay the pet cleaning fee if you plan on bringing your pet. No pets are permitted in the Northern Alberta Railway caboose cabin. Failure to follow these regulations may result in expulsion with no refund and/or further fees. Your credit card will be charged for any missing items or damages that occur during your stay. Aspen Crossing Ltd., Aspen Crossing Railway Corporation, staff or volunteers cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by guests during your stay.
You can cancel your site anytime up to 7 days before your booked date to receive a refund, after that no refund or transfer will be given. An entire group (A, B or C) must cancel before 14 days before their booked date. A $12 transaction fee is applied to all cancellations. 3 night minimum for Long Weekends and a 2 night minimum for Father's Day weekend. The Campground is only available to Music Festival ticket holders on Aug 13th & 14th 2021. Failing to purchase tickets will void your camping reservation. Water for the Campsites are turned on around May 12, weather permitting. If you are camping before that, there are several water hydrants to fill your trailer. The Campground washrooms and caboose cabins are winterized. It is each campers responsibility to read, understand and follow the Campground Rules. DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY - updated for clarification 11/26/2020
Train tickets are picked up prior to your departure time and indicated in your confirmation email.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or transfers on campground stays (after the cancellation period has past), caboose cabin stays (after the cancellation period has past), Escape Rooms (after the cancellation period has past), events or train tours. This includes, but not limited to: a family emergency, unhappiness with a product, or road conditions.
By purchasing train tickets you are aware that the train could potentially, but unlikely, be delayed for any reasons including, but not limited to: an emergency, weather, or a mechanical issue, and take this risk freely.
In the event that a ticketed event is cancelled by fault of Aspen Crossing, the entire purchase price will be credited to the customer. This will occur in the form of a fully transferable gift card (no expiry) and may be used at any of Aspen Crossing facilities; dining, shopping, camping, caboose cabins, events, festivals, private functions, excursions, etc.. We will not be refunding to original form of payment.
