First and foremost, we would like to say thank you to all our customers for working with us during these difficult times.
We do wish that you and your family members are keeping safe during this pandemic. The government's restrictions during these unprecedented times have made things difficult for the whole community, but together, we will make it through. As we navigate through the struggles of COVID-19, Aspen Crossing is extremely grateful for the compassion, kindness and grace our customers are exhibiting at this time. Due to the overwhelming amount of calls we are receiving from our train riders requesting their credits now as opposed to next week, effective immediately Aspen Crossing will mail out all gift cards to Polar ExpressTM ticket holders. This will occur by end of this weekend. Aspen Crossing is expediting the above process as soon we will not have the resources to call everyone personally - our customer service team will be dismantled at end of day Monday as part of our necessary layoffs under the new provincial health measures.
Please note, Aspen Crossing is not refunding the original form of payment. Our valued clients will be able to use these gift cards immediately upon receipt. They may be used for anything at Aspen Crossing; including but not limited to dining, camping, caboose cabins, merchandise (including Polar ExpressTM merchandise), train excursions, events, festivals, and private functions.

Journey to the North Pole!
Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, families are sure to delight in their journey to the North Pole, complete with hot chocolate and cookies. Passengers will be entertained by many of the characters from the movie as well as a reading of The Polar Express™ book. Upon arrival at the North Pole, Santa will greet the children and each child will receive their own sleigh bell, just like in the movie, to those who BELIEVE.
Experience carolling and holiday entertainment that will surely become an annual holiday tradition for the whole family. Families are encouraged to wear their pyjamas for the ride and join in on the magic of Christmas!
The Train ride is approximately one hour long and includes your golden train ticket, hot chocolate in a ceramic Polar Express collector’s mug, a delicious cookie, as well as your first gift of Christmas, a silver bell.
VIP Dome tickets also include a Polar Express book (one book for every four tickets).
We are following all AHS rules & regulations. Covid Waivers, health questionnaires and temperature checks are mandatory for all passengers. You must have, on your person, a mask or face covering. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask you are exempt from this. Under the Human Rights Act we can not legally ask you about your medical condition.
This year we are excited to bring individual ticket purchases to our customers. Seating on the train is mainly in tables of 4, with exceptions in Milo and Lomond cars where 2's and 3's can be purchased. Coach and Dome require the entire seating areas to be purchased. We reserve the right to move, change or relocate passengers for any reason if the need arises.

*Child & Adult Pricing. Babies, 23 month or under are free when sitting on a lap. Lap sitters do not get a golden ticket, cookie, hot chocolate, mug or bell.

Seating will be safely distanced to accommodate cohort and non-cohort groups/families, using physical distancing, barriers, mask wearing and sanitizing.
