Vulcan County is currently under a Fire Ban. Aspen Crossing is still permitted to have campfires, but fireworks are not permitted until further notice.

We’ve sure been missing riding the rails, have you? Well, good news – starting July 4, Train excursions will run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

July at Aspen Crossing is full of fun events and on-site activities, perfect for spending quality time with friends, family and even pets! Be sure to visit the Chickens, Goats, and Cats that call Aspen Crossing home.

Starting July 4th until September 19th every Friday, Saturday and Sunday we are running train excursions! Check out our train schedule on our new website and book your tickets online! When you arrive grab your prepaid tickets from the station and hop on board to enjoy a unique and exciting train ride!

Welcome Campers!

When you arrive at Aspen Crossing, just drive to your pre-booked site and make yourself at home anytime after 4 p.m. At this time of year, the greenhouse is bursting with colour! Come by to shop our big plant selection, or just to enjoy the gorgeous greenery. You’ll also find our newly updated camp store at the southernmost entrance to the campsite, which is serving up hard ice cream in a variety of flavours, along with all your camping essentials.

Important Reminders:

  • Recycling bins are located throughout the campground.
  • Firewood is available for campsite delivery @$12 a bundle, or $10 each when you purchase 3 or more.
  • Fires must not reach a height greater than 36” Laundry facilities are currently closed.
  • The washrooms are now open 24 hours a day. Out of respect for your fellow campers, please dispose of your garbage in the dumpsters.

Welcome to the Sunrise Lagoon!

Aspen Crossing is pleased to announce our new swimming lagoon is open!

This year the lagoon is open for day use at no extra charge, however all guests must sign in and out at the campground store.

There is no parking at the lagoon, however parking is available at the campground store.

Not a lifeguarded facility, use this facility at your own risk

Sunrise Lagoon

We love our pets but please leave them at your campsite when you visit Sunrise Lagoon as pets are not permitted on the beach or in the water. Read the rules for the Sunrise lagoon here.
