COVID 19 - "Stay Calm, Stay Safe and Carry On"
Here at Aspen Crossing we are following the Health Guidelines. We will still have our regular business hours but our services have slightly changed, to ensure public safety.
At the Tavern is open for Dine In services, we have made some changes to help keep guests and staff safe. Some of the changes you might notice are;
Patrons are required to sanitize hands upon entry to the dining facility.
We have removed a number of tables to allow for social distancing.
Condiments will be served in single use packets.
Menus are laminated so they can be wiped down after every use.
Text ordering is available and instructions can be found on each table.
We wipe down table & chairs after each customers departure with a cleaning & disinfectant solution.
We have added an extra dining room to assist with further social distancing of groups.
The patio is open but also follows the interior dining rules.
Staff will wear masks and gloves. Guests may choose to do this, but it is not required.
Staff temperature will be taking at the beginning of each shift.
High touchpoint areas are sanitized frequently.
Take-Out is still available, we ask that social distancing be observed while waiting to pick up.
Take-Out, Liquor Off-Sales, and Delivery to the Campground are slo available.
The delectable menu is available to you for nights you don't want to cook or if you are staying in the campground or want to come in and have us serve you.. Proper physical distancing is mandatory at Aspen Crossing and that includes when waiting for take out.
All guests are still asked to wash hands with soap and water upon entering the facility. Tables are spaced apart by at least 6 feet and we have three rooms plus the patio for you to choose from. Staff will continue to wear gloves when handling and packaging food. Sanitizer is available in various locations throughout the establishment. Guest(s) exhibiting any signs of any illness or feeling ill are asked not to dine in or use take out services. You can always call ahead for pick up. 1-403-534-2129. Our menu is online.
The Dining Car is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they are serving amazing food all weekend. Hours are Friday & Saturday, 8am to 9pm, Sunday 8am to 2pm. Accepting reservations now.
The Campground - Update as of July 1st - 5:45 PM
Co-VID forms and Rule agreements must be signed and dropped off at the Campground office.
Rules can be viewed on the website or at the camp office.
Washroom and showers are open.
Campers that are not water & sewage self-contained are encouraged to have a compostable or portable, mutli-flush toilet and the ability to remove the contents with them.
Proper social distancing is in effect. Six feet in all directions.
The playground is open. Please note these facilities are not sanitized, wash your hands before and after use.
Group facilities are now open and group camping is allowed but gathering limits and social distancing is still in effect.
The green spaces are open but physical distancing in all directions is required. Please respect others space and your own. Enjoy the walking paths and open spaces while following social distancing protocols.
The booking of your camp spot automatically checks you in online. Anything needed like host assistance, firewood or take out from the Tavern can be done through the camp hosts.
The Retail Centre is open to the public.
Caboose Cabins are available and have being given complete sanitary, white glove service. We've added special attention to all touch points, ie: door knobs, remote, light switches, etc.
The Train Excursions will start on August 1st.
Escape Rooms are now open to families and cohort families.
As we reopen, please be respectful and courteous to all.
We are excited to be serving you again, but we need to do it safely.
