Aspen Crossing sits on 300 acres of land which means that sometimes guests can miss things. So we created this page to let you know what can be found onsite.

The LED sign can be found at the entrance to Aspen Crossing. It can also make you aware of things going on at the property.
Found behind the Diefenbaker Dining Car. this quaint garden is a great space for a relaxing stroll or a place for the kids to run.
This historical 1887 Pullman rail car, once served as Prime Minister, John Diefenbaker’s private campaign car; it now serves up tempting delectable meals to please even the most discerning palate.
This coop houses our chickens. These lovely ladies join us every spring. IF you wish to help feed, collect eggs or hold the chickens, please come to the front desk at the Station and ask for Jenn.
The Station is the hub of Aspen and our retail centre. It houses the gift shop, greenhouse and customer service counter. Visit the front desk and book camping, train excursions or dinner reservations. Grab an activities sheet or get information on what else is going on today or in the future.
The greenhouses are attached to the Station. They are used to grow plants and becomes our shipping base for our sister company; www.calgaryplants.com. Once the garden centre season is over the greenhouses are used for private functions and events including, our fabulous Train or Terror and famous Polar Express Train Ride™.
Our Excursion Trains run from August to December this year. You can choose from 11 different tours. Check out the schedule today to book your ride on the rails.
Our goats; Larry and Moe can be found just behind Greenhouse #2 or being taken on a stroll through the grounds. They love their obstacle course themed pen that allows them to climb and jump.
This pen can be found just east of the train. The pigs join us when they are piglets and will stay with us until fall. They are very intelligent animals and enjoy spending the day in the sun and mud.
Located just to the south of the Chicken Coop, you can find the herb and flower garden that gets planted and harvested every year. If you would like find some young weeds and give them a pull. then feed them to the chickens, keep your fingers on the outside of the wire. they are a delectable treat for our chicken.

This charming old farm house houses our family friendly Tavern and the Escape Rooms. Bring your puzzle people and try the best pizza around. Great for date night or a family night.
Our amazing campground is situated just down the road from Aspen Crossing. It offers great amenities like; online booking, food delivery to camp sites, playgrounds, caboose cabins, a camp store, horseback riding, train excursions, escape rooms, onsite dining facilities, a pond, hiking trails and more.
Located near the centre of the campground the store houses fun items for our campers, washrooms and the information board.
Located behind the camp store. A playground with swings, a slide, small rock climbing board, metal zipline and wavy walkway. It is surrounded by greenspaces.
Our beautiful yellow caboose is the perfect getaway for a small family or couple. Located right next to the camp store.
The largest of our three cabooses. Sleeps six, with one bedroom in the cupola. The prefect place to relax.
Our shiny red caboose is the perfect place to get away from the daily grind. Complete with a deck and fire pit, come watch the sunset with us.
We offer bus services for groups and VIP packages. Our 52 passenger coach is wrapped like our famous red train engine and can't be missed. Available for rent for any event on or off site.
